Abstract Submission

The following information is required for all authors:

  • Full name
  • Affiliation (organization/institution, city, country)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
Matters needing attention
  • The submitter must indicate one presenter to present at the congress, who must be one of the listed authors.
  • All correspondence regarding the abstract will be directed to the submitter.
  • The submitter must consent to the publication of the submitted abstract. Additionally, the submitter is responsible for obtaining consent from all authors prior to completing the submission.

Total number of characters for Abstract Title 140 characters
Total number of characters for Abstract Body 1,600 characters
Total number of Authors (first author and co-authors) 10 authors
Total number of Affiliations 5 affiliations
  • All abstracts are required to be written in English.
  • All submissions must consist of original work, and the abstract must not have been published or presented elsewhere.
AMRAS requires a structured abstract.
You will need to complete the following segments:
Aims & Settings Begin with a clear, concise statement of the precise objective or objective question put forth in the study.
Materials & Method Indicate the measurements for the primary study outcomes that were established before data collection began. If the manuscript does not report the planned primary outcomes, clearly state this and provide a reason for their omission. Specify whether the hypothesis being tested was formulated during or after data collection. Additionally, provide explanations for any outcomes or measurements that may be unfamiliar to a general medical audience.
Result Describe the methods of assessing patients and state the key results; this section must include data, even if preliminary.
Conclusion State clearly the conclusions and clinical applications that are supported by the data. Advise if additional study is required before this information should be used in clinical settings.
How to Submit Abstracts
  • Registration is required before abstract submission.
  • When submitting an abstract, author/s are required to choose:

Instructions for Video Presentation

You will be notified if your abstract are selected by 15th March 2025 for video presentation. Only successful/selected abstracts submission are required to submit video presentation to us. Please submit your video presentation to abstract committee by 15th April 2025.

Step 1: Video saved subject: <Video Title> space <Author Name/>
Step 2: Upload video to Google drive and any cloud space and email the link to [email protected]

Video format instructions
Video Length No longer than 8 minutes
Narration
  • In English
  • Presenters should speak in clear, audible voice on actual day of video presentation.
  • Recording of author's own voice narration into the video is allowed.
  • Author's own voice narration is preferred instead of AI / digital created voice narration.
Video Quality
  • Videos must be of good visual quality and should not be lower than 720x480 resolution.
  • For Non-Surgical Videos, be sure all graphs, charts and statistics are clearly readable and verbally described.
Video Format
  • MPEG4 such as MP4
  • Formats are acceptable: .avi, .mov, .mpg
Compatibility Windows Media Player or QuickTime
Notification of Acceptance
  • Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent via email to the submitter.
  • Should you decided to withdraw your submission, a written request must be made to the Congress Secretariat no later than 1 March 2025.
Awards

Please note that the award winners will be announced and receive the awards at the closing ceremony on 18 May 2025. If you are unable to attend, please appoint a representative to accept the award on your behalf. Otherwise, the award will be given to the next eligible recipient. Additionally, trophies and certificates will not be mailed.
